Having been home based for 18 months or more, I made the move and relocated to Wythall. In my view, it's an exceptional site, which offers a working environment you would find hard to surpass - and on top of that I'm really enjoying being part of a team again. So you could say it's all worked out quite nicely! In my role, I manage the contractual and commercial arrangements, as well as strategic and operational relationships, with one of our biggest outsourcers, ensuring that services and benefits are fully realised and delivered as agreed. It's a challenging workload, in a constantly changing industry, where no two days are the same - but the amazing thing about Phoenix is that they always seem to get the best out of its employees time after time.
