Since graduating and starting at Phoenix I've experienced an exciting period of rapid growth and change - which shows no sign of abating. Having been attracted in the first place by the prospect of interesting and challenging work, I can honestly say I've not been disappointed. Working in the modelling team within the financial reporting section has given me increasing responsibility and variety. So much so, that I didn't push to rotate throughout the study scheme - which in itself is first class - because there were so many development opportunities open to me. Straight away, I was struck by the friendly atmosphere and open culture, whilst Wythall has everything you would want in a workplace. Spacious grounds, free lunches and close to Birmingham too - so you could say life at Phoenix was the right choice for me.
