





Since joining Phoenix in January 2008, I've enjoyed continuing study support and sponsorship for my professional exams and am now ACCA qualified. Currently, I'm based in our Fund Accounting department, with responsibility for identifying and implementing control process improvements in reassurance, as well as monitoring both Life Division Finance and outsourced reassurance activities. From the outset, I've benefited from being in a very professional working environment, with an approachable management team, where there are real career development opportunities - a fact re-inforced by my recent promotion. Add to that the scenic location and pleasant surroundings, not to forget free lunches - and it makes Phoenix a rewarding place to work.
